We arrived in Belgium at sunrise, and this was the view from our window as we were pulling into our city center-best parking ever!
It was a quick breakfast and then to the train station for a day trip to Bruges.
Beautiful and verdant, we loved the waterways, buildings old and new, Belgian fries, and tasty sandwiches.
Too many beautiful treats, and me without the requisite sweet tooth to appreciate them all,
except I am captivated and pulled into one pastissierie after another to visually binge on the
elegance of them all.
Truly a beautiful town to wander.
